Our membership fees now include options for karate, iaido, fitness, and online-only options. Please contact us for membership pricing.


Karate for Beginners (Dojo/Zoom)

A karate class intended for beginners (white and yellow belts), which will focus on teaching basics and the first Pinan katas. The class is open to all belts but will be catered to beginners.

Karate All Levels (Dojo/Zoom)

Our karate class open to all belt levels, where we practice basics, kata, self-defense, kumite, and discuss history and philosophy of martial arts. Held multiple times a week.

Advanced Karate (Dojo/Zoom)

Advanced karate class for brown and black belt levels only.

Iaido (Dojo/Zoom)

Train in the art of the Japanese sword and learn a martial art where your empty hands are not your only weapon. Start with a wooden sword (boken) to learn the fundamentals of this art rooted in technique and tradition.

 

Strength and Stretching (Zoom)

A class breaking down the 'how' of karate. Diving into strength, structure, mobility, and control we will develop our facilities, correct lingering mistakes and work to fine tune our 'weapons': our empty hands.

Cardio Kickboxing Class (Dojo/Zoom)

Our Cardio Kickboxing class will focus on basics and fitness in a short, explosive 50min class, with time to stretch at the end of the class.

History Night and Karate Reading Club (Zoom)

Join us for a discussion on martial history and philosophy, as we work our way through various martial arts books and other topics. No book is required as the book will be read and discussed in this call.

Functional Fitness (Dojo/Zoom)

Join Sensei Dauphin online for a 45 minute fitness class, followed by 15min of stretching, to start your day or weekend off right. Sensei Dauphin will explain the elements of the work out, all of which can be done at home.

Sunday Morning 40+ Fitness

An extended fitness class led by fitness instructor and martial arts teacher, Sensei Randy Dauphin. This class is intended for those over the age of 40. The classes evolve every Sunday and keep everyone waiting to see what the challenge will be next week. Mix up your fitness routine with this great way to start your Sunday.

Tiny Tots Kids Karate

No classes currently

A fun, interactive class for young karate kids ages 4-7. The basic fundamentals of karate are taught in a way that all kids can learn and enjoy themselves. Your child will have an introduction to martial arts and be asking to play ‘Ninja, Ninja’ when they come home.

Note that this class is currently on hold awaiting registration. If you are interested in registering your little one for this class, please fill out our survey.

Private Lessons

Private lessons can be scheduled with any of our instructors at your request for martial arts or fitness training. These can be to finesse your technique before a grading or tournament, to receive personalized fitness training and build a fitness routine, or any other purpose you have in mind. Contact us ahead of time, and feel free to contact us to book a free consultation on what you would like to accomplish with private lessons.
